Not only can the 21D Solution save you time, it can also be more cost-effective than dentures in the long run for most people. Our all-inclusive fee is AED 100,000 for both jaws, or AED 60,000 for a single jaw, covering the complete procedure from start to finish.

Full Clinical Assessment: AED 1,500

This includes a CT scan, facial scan, and intraoral scan, followed by immediate treatment planning using our AI software — so you leave your appointment with real answers. This fee is fully credited toward your treatment if you proceed with 21D.

If you choose not to proceed, or are not clinically suitable, you may request copies of your diagnostic files for use by another provider. An administration fee applies to cover the cost of exporting these files, and will be confirmed at the time of your request. Files are supplied digitally only.

If you simply wish to obtain a copy of your clinical records or personal data, you may submit a Subject Access Request — these copies are provided free of charge in accordance with applicable data protection law. The administration fee above applies only to specialist clinical files (such as DICOM and STL files) prepared for external use.

Frequently Asked Questions

See all our FAQ's

I only need one or two teeth replaced.

We focus exclusively on full jaw dental implants and do not offer single or sectional implant treatments. Unfortunately, this means we wouldn’t be the right provider if you’re looking for individual tooth implants.

What if I have bone loss, gum disease, or periodontal disease?

We regularly treat patients with bone loss, gum disease, and periodontal disease. Our approach is designed to address these conditions, so you can still be a suitable candidate for treatment.

Will I be put to sleep during the surgery?

No. General anaesthesia is not permitted for full jaw dental implant procedures in general dental practice. However, we offer oral medication prior to the procedure, which many patients choose to help them feel relaxed and at ease. During the surgery itself, a local anaesthetic is administered to the jaw area to ensure the treatment site is fully numb and comfortable.

What if I only need treatment for the upper or lower jaw?

In some cases, single-jaw treatment may be possible; however, the majority of our treatments involve both jaws. This is because decisions are based on clinical factors that support long-term stability and function. Designing implant-supported restorations to work alongside natural teeth—especially if those teeth are misaligned—can be complex and may lead to less predictable long-term outcomes.

Our priority is to recommend the most reliable and durable solution for your overall oral health.
